Dear friends of Decanter,
It's been hot outside, isn't it?
When it's hot, we tend to lose our appetite and suddenly our normal daily meal seems to be unappetizing. Interestingly, it does not only happen to human. The Japanese Wagyu breeders have known for the longest time that they need to feed their cattle with beer mash during the hot humid summer months to stimulate their appetite.
